The Rancho Verde Mustangs basketball squad (Moreno Valley, CA), lost 63-51 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Canyon Springs Cougars (Moreno Valley, CA)

With the victory, Canyon Springs advances its record to 14-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to JW North (Riverside, CA) to meet the Huskies in a Sunbelt battle on Thursday, January 16. The Huskies enter the battle with a record of 4-13. JW North won 34-32 in their recent league battle against Liberty (Winchester, CA)
