The Cascade Christian Challengers (Medford, OR) basketball crushed the visiting North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR), 49-16 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Challengers now possess a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rogue River for a 3A Southern Oregon bout on Thursday, January 16. Cascade Christian will play a Chieftains team coming off a 48-15 league loss to Brookings-Harbor (Brookings, OR). The Chieftains record now stands at 2-10.

With the loss, North Valley falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Knights host Lakeview (Lakeview, OR) to play the Honkers in a 3A Southern Oregon bout on Friday, January 17. The Honkers go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Lakeview won 57-33 in their recent league bout against St. Mary's (Medford, OR)
