The Cave Spring Knights basketball squad (Roanoke, VA), was nudged 50-43 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting James River Knights (Buchanan, VA)
With the victory, James River advances its record to 10-1 on the year. The Knights host Radford (Radford, VA) to meet the Bobcats in a Three Rivers battle on Thursday, January 16. The Bobcats enter the battle with a record of 3-4. Radford won 60-25 in their recent league battle against Glenvar (Salem, VA)
The Knights now own a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hidden Valley for a River Ridge battle on Friday, January 17. Cave Spring will meet a Titans squad coming off a 55-32 league loss to Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA). The Titans record now stands at 8-3.
