In Tuesday's league test, the Center Hill Mustangs (Olive Branch, MS) basketball squad defeated the visiting Saltillo Tigers (Saltillo, MS), by a score of 56-41.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Grenada Chargers (Grenada, MS) in a 6A Region 1 test, on Tuesday, January 21. Center Hill will attempt to improve on its 8-13 season record. The Chargers come into the test with a 9-6 record after their 62-46 non-league win over Rosa Fort (Tunica, MS).

The Tigers (4-16) will now prepare for their test against Lake Cormorant (Lake Cormorant, MS). The come into the 6A Region 1 test with a 10-11 record.
