The Colts (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets battle the North Cobb Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA) in a AA Region 7 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Rockmart will attempt to improve on its 1-15 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 59-47 league loss to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA).
