In Tuesday's league test, the Harmony Eagles (Big Sandy, TX) basketball squad trounced the host Daingerfield Tigers (Daingerfield, TX), by a score of 47-7.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Jefferson Bulldogs (Jefferson, TX) in a 3A Region II District 13 test, on Friday, January 17. Harmony will attempt to improve on its 16-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 17-10 record after their 60-29 league win over Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX).

The Tigers (1-16) will now prepare for their test against Hughes Springs (Hughes Springs, TX). The Mustangs come into the 3A Region II District 13 test with a 11-15 record. In their last test, Hughes Springs was routed by New Diana (Diana, TX), 40-36, in a league test.
