The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Deary Mustangs (Deary, ID) and the host St. John Bosco Academy Patriots (Cottonwood, ID), observed Deary's basketball team overcome St. John Bosco Academy by a margin of 49-37.

The Mustangs (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Timberline (Weippe, ID). The Spartans come into the 1A White Pine challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, Timberline dropped by Kamiah (Kamiah, ID), 48-19, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Highland Huskies (Craigmont, ID) in a 1A White Pine challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. St. John Bosco Academy will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record.
