In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Greenfield Yellowjackets basketball team scored a big 70-29 triumph over the Gleason Bulldogs.

The Yellowjackets (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Dresden (Dresden, TN). The Lions go into the 1A District 14 contest with a 14-4 record. In their last contest, Dresden smashed Union City (Union City, TN), 59-57, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the South Fulton Red Devils (South Fulton, TN) in a 1A District 14 contest, on Friday, January 17. Gleason will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Red Devils go into the contest with a 1-7 record after their 65-38 league loss to Lake County (Tiptonville, TN).
