The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL) and the visiting Jefferson J-Hawks (Rockford, IL), observed Harlem's basketball team knock off Jefferson by a score of 48-36.

The Huskies (5-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL). The Titans come into the Northern Illinois 10 challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, Boylan Catholic prevailed over Rockford East (Rockford, IL), 66-18, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the J-Hawks encounter the Hononegah Indians (Rockton, IL) in a Northern Illinois 10 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 12-8 record after their 60-46 league win over Rockford Auburn (Rockford, IL).
