The Perryville Mustangs basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host Harmony Grove Cardinals to 34 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Baptist Prep for a 3A Region 5 game on Friday, January 17. Perryville will confront a Eagles team coming off a 48-29 league win over Glen Rose (Malvern, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 14-4.

With the loss, Harmony Grove falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Jessieville (Jessieville, AR) to confront the Lions in a 3A Region 5 game on Tuesday, January 21. The Lions go into the game with a record of 3-12.
