Alabama High School Basketball - John Carroll Catholic holds off Sipsey Valley

In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting John Carroll Catholic Cavaliers basketball team scored a close 55-51 triumph over the Sipsey Valley Bears.
The Cavaliers (7-14) will now prepare for their contest against Northside (Northport, AL). The Rams go into the 5A Area 9 contest with a 16-4 record. In their last contest, Northside was tipped by Wenonah (Birmingham, AL), 52-36, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bears confront the Northside Rams (Northport, AL) in a 5A Area 9 contest, on Friday, January 17. Sipsey Valley will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Rams go into the contest with a 16-4 record after their 52-36 league loss to Wenonah (Birmingham, AL).
