The Milford Mavericks basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Kettering Captains to 26 in the Mavericks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mavericks now have a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Lakeland for a Lakes Valley game on Friday, January 17. Milford will confront a Eagles team coming off a 34-31 league loss to South Lyon (South Lyon, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Kettering falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Captains travel to Mott (Waterford, MI) to confront the Corsairs in a Lakes Valley game on Friday, January 17. The Corsairs go into the game with a record of 0-1.
