The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the New Life Christian Academy Knights (Kimball, MI) and the host Michigan School for the Deaf Tartars (Flint, MI), observed New Life Christian Academy's basketball team overwhelm Michigan School for the Deaf by a score of 40-19.

The Knights (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Austin Catholic (Chesterfield, MI). The Crusaders come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record.

In their next game, the Tartars encounter the More Academy Crusaders (Burton, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Michigan School for the Deaf will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record.
