The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Owen County Rebels (Owenton, KY) and the host Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY), observed Owen County's basketball team overwhelm Trimble County by a score of 62-38.

The Rebels (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Walton-Verona (Walton, KY). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Walton-Verona trounced Gallatin County (Warsaw, KY), 54-34, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Raiders encounter the Henry County Wildcats (New Castle, KY) in a District 31 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Trimble County will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record.
