The Providence Athletic Club Panthers basketball squad (Columbia, SC), was nudged 35-29 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Wardlaw Academy Patriots (Johnston, SC)
With the victory, Wardlaw Academy advances its record to 7-7 on the year. The Patriots travel to King Academy (Batesburg, SC) to meet the Knights in a SCISA 1A Region III battle on Thursday, January 16. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 0-3. King Academy lost 72-28 in their recent league battle against Richard Winn Academy (Winnsboro, SC)
The Panthers now own a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ben Lippen for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 16. Providence Athletic Club will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 51-36 league loss to Northside Christian Academy (Lexington, SC). The Falcons record now stands at 9-6.
