The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Quitman Bulldogs (Quitman, AR) and the host South Side Hornet (Bee Branch, AR), observed Quitman's basketball team overwhelm South Side by a score of 53-26.

The Bulldogs (19-0) will now prepare for their challenge against White County Central (Judsonia, AR). The Bears come into the 2A Region 5 challenge with a 3-19 record. In their last challenge, White County Central was routed by St. Joseph (Conway, AR), 49-23, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Hornet encounter the Bigelow Panthers (Bigelow, AR) in a 2A Region 5 challenge, on Wednesday, January 15. South Side will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record.
