In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Red River Roughriders basketball team scored a big 60-17 triumph over the West Fargo Packers.
The Roughriders (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Shanley (Fargo, ND). The Deacons go into the AA East contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Shanley was trounced by Sheyenne (West Fargo, ND), 74-67, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Packers battle the Fargo North Spartans (Fargo, ND) in a AA East contest, on Friday, January 17. West Fargo will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 3-7 record after their 62-47 league loss to Fargo Davies (Fargo, ND).
