Colorado High School Basketball - Sand Creek can't get by Sierra

January 14, 2025: Colorado Springs, CO 80922

Sierra Stallions (Colorado Springs, CO) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Sand Creek Scorpions (Colorado Springs, CO), 41-35 in a league match.

With the victory, Sierra advances its record to 6-4 on the year. The Stallions travel to Pueblo South (Pueblo, CO) to meet the Colts in a non-league match on Friday, January 17. The Colts enter the match with a record of 1-11.

The Scorpions now own a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Falcon for a 6A/5A/4A Colorado Springs Metro - North match on Tuesday, January 21.
