The George C. Marshall Statesmen (Falls Church, VA) basketball edged the host Langley Saxons (McLean, VA), 42-40 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Statesmen now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Herndon for a non-league bout on Friday, January 17.
With the loss, Langley falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Saxons travel to Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA) to play the Generals in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 15. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Washington-Liberty lost 32-19 in their recent non-league bout against McLean (McLean, VA)
