The Grizzlies (12-1) will now prepare for their outing against Pacific Collegiate (Santa Cruz, CA). The Pumas go into the PCAL - Mission outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Pacific Collegiate by North Monterey County (Castroville, CA), 3-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Padres play the Alisal Trojans (Salinas, CA) in a PCAL - Mission outing, on Thursday, January 16. Carmel will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Trojans go into the outing with a 4-7 record after their 2-1 league loss to Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA).
