In Tuesday's league outing, the host Cedar Ridge Raiders soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Hutto Hippos.
The Raiders (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX). The Warriors go into the 6A Region 4 District 25 outing with a 6-1 record. In their last outing, Round Rock Westwood got by McNeil (Austin, TX), 2-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Hippos confront the Manor Mustangs (Manor, TX) in a 6A Region 4 District 25 outing, on Friday, January 17. Hutto will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the outing with a 1-7 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Midway (Waco, TX).
