California High School Soccer - Golden Sierra knocks off Mesa Verde

In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Golden Sierra Grizzlies soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 victory over the Mesa Verde Mavericks.
The Grizzlies (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against San Juan (Citrus Heights, CA). The Spartans go into the Sierra Delta League outing with a 0-7 record. In their last outing, San Juan was overwhelmed by Woodland Christian (Woodland, CA), 5-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Mavericks play the Lindhurst Blazers (Olivehurst, CA) in a Sierra Delta League outing, on Thursday, January 16. Mesa Verde will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Blazers go into the outing with a 12-3 record after their 6-0 league win over Highlands (North Highlands, CA).
