The Point Loma Pointers basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Canyon Hills Rattlers to 47 in the Pointers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Pointers now possess a 16-1 record. They play next when they host La Jolla for a game on Friday, January 17. Point Loma will confront a Vikings team coming off a 72-67 league win over Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 11-0.

With the loss, Canyon Hills falls to 7-7 on the campaign. The Rattlers host Madison (San Diego, CA) to confront the Warhawks in a game on Friday, January 17. The Warhawks go into the game with a record of 13-5. Madison won 69-51 in their recent league game against Coronado (Coronado, CA)
