In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots basketball team scored a good 53-33 triumph over the Regents Lions.
The Patriots (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Westover Christian Academy was topped by Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA), 33-26, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Ridgeview Christian Crusaders (Stuarts Draft, VA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Regents will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 32-26 non-league loss to Appalachian Christian School (Waynesboro, VA).
