The Mercer Island Islanders basketball team scored 50 points and limited the host North Creek Jaguars to 31 in the Islanders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Islanders now have a 13-1 record. They play next when they host Sammamish for a non-league game on Friday, January 17. Mercer Island will confront a RedHawks team coming off a 45-37 non-league loss to Bothell/Inglemoor (Bothell, WA). The RedHawks record now stands at 4-10.

With the loss, North Creek falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Thursday, January 16. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 4-4. Mount Si won 52-38 in their recent non-league game against Redmond (Redmond, WA)
