Nevada High School Basketball - Sierra Lutheran holds off Yerington

The Sierra Lutheran Falcons basketball team scored 34 points and limited the visiting Yerington Lions to 32 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Falcons now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Incline for a game on Thursday, January 16. Sierra Lutheran will confront a Highlanders team coming off a 47-40 league win over North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Yerington falls to 10-3 on the campaign. The Lions host Incline (Incline Village, NV) to confront the Highlanders in a game on Friday, January 17.
