The University City Centurions basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host St. Augustine Saints to 53 in the Centurions league triumph on Tuesday.

The Centurions now have a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Scripps Ranch for a game on Friday, January 17. University City will play a Falcons team coming off a 64-37 league loss to Mission Bay (San Diego, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, St. Augustine falls to 13-5 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA) to play the Dons in a bout on Friday, January 17. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 14-1. Cathedral Catholic won 60-58 in their recent league bout against Mission Bay (San Diego, CA)
