In Sunday's non-league outing, the Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA) basketball squad felled the visiting Whitman-Hanson Regional Panthers (Whitman, MA), by a margin of 70-54.
The Boxers (4-4) will now prepare for their outing against New Bedford (New Bedford, MA). The Whalers go into the South East outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, New Bedford was beaten by Foxborough (Foxborough, MA), 59-40, in a non-league outing.
The Panthers now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Quincy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 17. Whitman-Hanson Regional will clash with a Presidents squad coming off a 64-59 non-league win over Plymouth North (Plymouth, MA). The Presidents record now stands at 2-7.
