In Monday's non-league outing, the St. Dominic Saints (Lewiston, ME) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Waynflete Flyers (Portland, ME), by a count of 65-42.

The Saints (9-0) will now prepare for their outing against Pine Tree Academy (Freeport, ME). The Breakers go into the D South outing with a 2-6 record. In their last outing, Pine Tree Academy was crushed by Sacopee Valley (Cornish, ME), 65-38, in a non-league outing.

The Flyers now hold a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Hall-Dale for a C South outing on Wednesday, January 17. Waynflete will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 58-51 non-league loss to Maranacook (Readfield, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-5.
