The Benton Tigers basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Columbia Montour Vo-Tech Rams to 13 in the Tigers league triumph on Monday.

The Tigers now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Muncy for a Mid-Penn - D4 contest on Wednesday, January 17. Benton will meet a Indians team coming off a 35-29 league win over Northwest Area (Shickshinny, PA). The Indians record now stands at 6-5.

The Rams (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Neumann Regional Academy (Williamsport, PA). The Golden Knights enter the Mid-Penn - D4 contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Neumann Regional Academy triumphed over Sullivan County (Laporte, PA), 53-26, in a league contest.
