The Central Aroostook Panthers (Mars Hill, ME) basketball nipped the host Katahdin Cougars (Sherman Station, ME), 42-37 in Monday's league test.

The Panthers (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Easton (Easton, ME). The Bears go into the D North test with a 5-5 record.
