In Monday's league outing, the Houlton Shiretowners (Houlton, ME) basketball squad beat the host Hermon Hawks (Hermon, ME), by a count of 34-16.
The Shiretowners (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Hodgdon (Hodgdon, ME). The Hawks go into the non-league outing with a 11-1 record. In their last outing, Hodgdon defeated East Grand (Dansforth, ME), 63-35, in a non-league outing.
