California High School Basketball - Camarillo crushes Rio Mesa

Camarillo Scorpions (Camarillo, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Rio Mesa Spartans (Oxnard, CA), 68-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Camarillo upgrades its record to 11-9 on the season. The Scorpions host Oak Park (Oak Park, CA) to play the Eagles in a bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Oak Park won 59-54 in their recent league bout against Moorpark (Moorpark, CA)
Next up, the Spartans play the San Marcos Royals (Santa Barbara, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Rio Mesa will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Royals go into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 44-41 league loss to Pacifica (Oxnard, CA).
