The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Amador Buffaloes (Sutter Creek, CA) and the visiting Galt Warriors (Galt, CA), observed Amador's basketball team overcome Galt by a score of 64-53.

The Buffaloes (7-11) will now prepare for their bout against Union Mine (El Dorado, CA). The Diamondbacks go into the Sierra Valley Conference bout with a 6-12 record. In their last bout, Union Mine gained a win over Rosemont (Sacramento, CA), 56-41, in a league bout.

With the loss, Galt falls to 1-17 on the campaign. The Warriors host Argonaut (Jackson, CA) to play the Mustangs in a Sierra Valley Conference bout on Friday, January 17. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 14-4. Argonaut won 58-42 in their recent league bout against Bradshaw Christian (Sacramento, CA)
