In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host Caribou Vikings basketball team scored a big 87-64 win over the Fort Kent Warriors.

The Vikings (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hermon (Hermon, ME). The Hawks come into the B North contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Hermon was trounced by Ellsworth (Ellsworth, ME), 46-24, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Katahdin Cougars (Sherman Station, ME) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Fort Kent will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Cougars come into the contest with a 10-2 record after their 58-41 league win over Central Aroostook (Mars Hill, ME).
