The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Center Line Panthers (Center Line, MI) and the visiting Eastpointe Shamrocks (Eastpointe, MI), observed Center Line's basketball team overwhelm Eastpointe by a margin of 74-48.

The Panthers (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against South Lake (St. Clair Shores, MI). The Cavaliers come into the Macomb Area - Silver challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, South Lake trounced Marine City (Marine City, MI), 63-53, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Shamrocks battle the Mott Marauders (Warren, MI) in a Macomb Area - Silver challenge, on Friday, January 17. Eastpointe will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record.
