Idaho High School Basketball - Century can't hold off Preston

The Preston Indians nipped the host Century Diamondbacks basketball squad by a final score of 73-69 in Wednesday's league outing.

Next, the Indians face the Shelley Russets (Shelley, ID) in a non-league outing, on Friday, January 17. Preston will attempt to upgrade on its 14-1 season record.

The Diamondbacks (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Pocatello (Pocatello, ID). The Thunder enter the 5A Central Idaho outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Pocatello got by Highland (Pocatello, ID), 56-42, in a non-league outing.
