The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Lab University Prep Regional Kings (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting Combine Academy Regional Goats (Lincolnton, NC), observed Lab University Prep Regional's basketball team knock off Combine Academy Regional by a score of 87-69.
The Kings (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Moravian Prep Regional (Hudson, NC). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Moravian Prep Regional prevailed over Christian Family Academy (Hickory, NC), 60-46, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Goats encounter the Parris Prep Academy Panthers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 15. Combine Academy Regional will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record.
