New York High School Basketball - Eagle Academy victorious over DeWitt Clinton

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Eagle Academy Eagles basketball team scored a good 80-65 triumph over the DeWitt Clinton Governors.
The Eagles (14-1) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy (Bronx, NY). The Knights go into the PSAL 4A Manhattan/Bronx contest with a 1-12 record. In their last contest, Kennedy was topped by Brandeis (New York, NY), 59-48, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Governors battle the Wings Academy Wings (Bronx, NY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. DeWitt Clinton will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Wings go into the contest with a 9-7 record after their 62-61 league loss to Marshall Academy (New York, NY).
