California High School Basketball - Garfield victorious over South Gate

In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Garfield Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 49-39 triumph over the South Gate Rams.
The Bulldogs (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Legacy (South Gate, CA). The Tigers enter the Eastern battle with a 5-14 record. In their last battle, Legacy lost by Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA), 64-55, in a league battle.
The Rams now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bell for a Eastern battle on Friday, January 17. South Gate will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 59-48 league loss to South East (South Gate, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-6.
