In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Gibsland-Coleman Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 49-30 win over the Ringgold Redskins.
The Bulldogs (17-11) will now prepare for their contest against Summerfield (Summerfield, LA). The Rebels come into the C District 1 contest with a 9-19 record. In their last contest, Summerfield dropped by Family Community Christian (Winnsboro, LA), 55-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Redskins battle the Pleasant Hill Eagles (Pleasant Hill, LA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Ringgold will attempt to better on its 5-17 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 21-10 record after their 57-41 league win over Hornbeck (Hornbeck, LA).
