The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Villanova Prep Wildcats (Ojai, CA) and the host Laguna Blanca Owls (Santa Barbara, CA), observed Villanova Prep's basketball team overwhelm Laguna Blanca by a score of 65-35.

The Wildcats (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Foothill Tech (Ventura, CA). The Dragons come into the Frontier challenge with a 9-12 record. In their last challenge, Foothill Tech trounced Grace (Simi Valley, CA), 61-26, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Owls encounter the Thacher Toads (Ojai, CA) in a Frontier challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Laguna Blanca will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Toads come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 70-34 league win over Grace (Simi Valley, CA).
