California High School Basketball - Roybal thwarts Mendez

January 15, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90033

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Roybal Titans (Los Angeles, CA) and the host Mendez Jaguars (Los Angeles, CA), observed Roybal's basketball team knock off Mendez by a score of 75-59.

The Titans (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Robert F. Kennedy Community (Los Angeles, CA). The Bobcats come into the Central challenge with a 4-5 record.

In their next game, the Jaguars encounter the Belmont Sentinels (Los Angeles, CA) in a Central challenge, on Friday, January 17. Mendez will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Sentinels come into the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 82-28 league loss to Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA).
