The La Salle Institute Cadets basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Shenendehowa Plainsmen to 45 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Cadets now possess a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to Green Tech for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. La Salle Institute will confront a Eagles team coming off a 60-56 non-league win over Christian Brothers Academy (Albany, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Shenendehowa falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Plainsmen travel to Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY) to confront the Blue Streaks in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Blue Streaks go into the game with a record of 0-0.
