California High School Basketball - Wheatland overwhelms Mira Loma

The Wheatland Pirates basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Mira Loma Matadors to 27 in the Pirates league triumph on Wednesday.
The Pirates now possess a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a game on Thursday, January 16. Wheatland will play a Fighting Zebras team coming off a 52-38 league loss to Bear River (Grass Valley, CA). The Fighting Zebras record now stands at 6-10.
With the loss, Mira Loma falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Matadors travel to Marysville (Marysville, CA) to battle the Indians in a contest on Thursday, January 16. The Indians go into the contest with a record of 6-6. Marysville won 58-32 in their recent league contest against Colfax (Colfax, CA)
