With the victory, St. Helena College and Career Academy advances its record to 3-6 on the year. The Hawks host St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA) to meet the Falcons in a 2A District 9 match on Friday, January 17. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 7-15. St. Thomas Aquinas lost 71-36 in their recent non-league match against Mandeville (Mandeville, LA)

The Lumberjacks now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springfield for a 3A District 8 match on Friday, January 24.
