The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Wright Tech Warriors (Stamford, CT) and the visiting Cheney Tech Chargers (Manchester, CT), observed Wright Tech's basketball team overwhelm Cheney Tech by a score of 58-16.

The Warriors (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Platt RVT (Milford, CT). The Panthers come into the Connecticut Technical challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Platt RVT trounced Harding (Bridgeport, CT), 58-37, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Chargers encounter the Windham RVT Mighty Tigers (Willimantic, CT) in a Connecticut Technical challenge, on Thursday, January 16. Cheney Tech will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Mighty Tigers come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 43-21 non-league loss to East Granby (East Granby, CT).
