The Union Knights/Damsels basketball squad (Rimersburg, PA), was crushed 51-30 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Cranberry Area Berries (Seneca, PA)

With the victory, Cranberry Area advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Berries travel to East Forest (Marienville, PA) to meet the Bears in a Keystone Shortway battle on Friday, January 17. The Bears enter the battle with a record of 0-4.

The Knights/Damsels now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moniteau for a Keystone Shortway battle on Friday, January 17. Union will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 48-12 non-league win over Johnsonburg (Johnsonburg, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-11.
