The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Nazareth Academy Roadrunners (LaGrange Park, IL) and the host Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL), observed Nazareth Academy's basketball team overwhelm Marist by a score of 59-30.

The Roadrunners (17-2) will now prepare for their challenge against York (Elmhurst, IL). The Dukes come into the non-league challenge with a 8-11 record. In their last challenge, York trounced Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL), 47-37, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the RedHawks encounter the Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers (Joliet, IL) in a East Suburban Catholic challenge, on Saturday, January 18. Marist will attempt to improve on its 16-6 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a 6-16 record after their 47-38 league loss to Carmel (Mundelein, IL).
