Indiana High School Basketball - Monroe Central crushes Union

The Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Union Rockets (Modoc, IN), 57-15 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Golden Bears now possess a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Muncie Central for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 16. Monroe Central will play a Bearcats team coming off a 62-23 league loss to Lafayette Jefferson (Lafayette, IN). The Bearcats record now stands at 7-9.

With the loss, Union falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Hagerstown (Hagerstown, IN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 24. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-16. Hagerstown lost 62-6 in their recent non-league bout against Franklin County (Brookville, IN)
